The former chief press secretary to ex- governor Boni Haruna Abdulrazaq Namdas,House of Representatives member representing Toungo, Jada, Genyi/Mayo- Belwa, federal constituency on the platform of All Progressive Congress APC , , has said that he is more qualify to take the governorship ticket of the party.
Namdas who spoke to journalists yesterday in Yola, said that his weath of experience as a professional journalists, national lawmaker and former deputy governor’s candidate 11years ago placed him in a better position to win election for his Party.
The lawnmower who said that journalists are in a better position to pilot affairs of leadership position,urged more journalists to come to the rescue of the people by contesting for political positions.
“As a journalists you see both side of the coins and it make it easy for you to take actions that can bring positive results to your people”, he stated.
On the issue of concensus in his party,he said that all the aspirants are discussing,but that if concensus did not work,the delegates will have the final answer.
The govetnorship aspirant said that he recieved a boost from the number of People’s Democratic party members decamping into his Party, expressed confident that he will not only pick his party’s ticket,but win the governorship election.
Nandas who ended his tour of the 21 local governments in the state to announce his ambition to APC stakeholders , pointed out that his party will recover its mandate come 2023 general elections.
He said that as chairman House Committee on defence, he has the keys to resolve the insecurity in Adamawa state .
