He gave the assurance at the 2023 Democracy Day World Press Conference with the theme ‘Hope Reassured’ at the Routunda Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abuja
The former Minister of Special Dutie said that the enthronement and sustenance of democracy in the country for an ubroken period of twenty four years shows that Nigeria is committed sustainable development
He called on the media, public seevants and other groups to support the new administration saying that the Muhammad Buhari administration had done it’s best to enthrench it’s basic tenets.
On activities lined up for the Democracy Day celebration, he said that there ‘ll be a presidential broadcast on Monday June 12,2023 by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at 7.00 am and the other events .of the day will be low key.
He enjoij d media outfits particularly broadcast stations to tune in to the national broadcast for effective dissemination of government information to the public.
