Heritage Energy dismisses viral video against its CEO as false, baseless and malicious

Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited (HEOSL), Operator of OML 30 Joint Venture, has said it is aware aware of a malicious and defamatory video circulating on social media making entirely false claims against its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Adogbeji Oseragbaje.
According to Adesola Adebawo, the General Manager, Government, JV & External Relations of HEOSL, “We unequivocally and categorically reject those allegations, they are fabricated and without any basis in fact. Those claims constitute deliberate and malicious attempt to mislead the public and harm the reputations of both our CEO and our organisation.
“They do not reflect the proven track record, values, or ethical operations of Heritage Energy.
“Under our CEO’s leadership, HEOSL has maintained an unwavering commitment to financial transparency, ethical leadership, and responsible energy development. His leadership has been the driving force behind our significant investments in community partnerships on behalf of our Joint Venture Partners and sustainable growth across the Niger Delta and other regions where we operate. His record of integrity, professionalism and corporate stewardship speaks for itself.
“We urge the public and all our valued stakeholders to disregard the malicious post. We believe in open and honest communication and encourage reliance only on verified information from our official communication channels.”
Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited (HEOSL), is the Operator of OML 30 Joint Venture between NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL) – a subsidiary of Nigeiran National Petroleum Company Limited and Shoreline Natural Resources Limited (SNRL). HEOSL is a subsidiary of Heritage Oil Limited, which is an affiliate of an equity owner in SNRL, holder of a participating interest in OML30.
