Ebonyi Guber…D/G APC Campaign Council vows to ensure party landslide victory..insists Gov Umahi track-records monumental

The Director General of APC Campaign Council in Ebonyi State Deacon Austin Umahi, has vowed to ensure landslide victory for all candidates of the party vying for elective positions in the 2023 general election.

Deacon Umahi made the assertion on Thursday while addressing newsmen at the APC Campaign Headquarters Abakaliki on activities of the council ahead of the forthcoming polls.

The Campaign  Council tagged “Divine Mandate Campani Council ” is charged with the mandate of ensuring the success of all candidates of the party vying for various elective positions.

He said that the campaign Council will deliver the Governorship Candidate of the party Hon Francis Nwifuru, the three senatorial candidates, six House of Representative candidates and the 24 House of Assembly candidates respectively.

“The campaign council wish to express its readiness to take over the seats contested for in the State”

Deacon Umahi debunked insinuations in some quarters alluding that the government was muzzling opposition parties in the state.

The Director General commended  Governor Umahi for bestowing a legacy across all sectors of the economy namely education, agriculture, roada construction, infrastructural development among others.

On the issue of destruction of billboards and posters of the APC by opposition parties, Deacon Umahi warned perpetrators to desist from such act.

Contributing the Director of Media of the Campaign who doubles as the State Commissioner for Information Barrister Uchenna Orji, debunked insinuations in some quarters  that accidents were recorded in the course of the APC rallies so far conducted in some local government Areas.

In attendance during the media parley included the Secretary of the Campaign Council Mr Clement Nweke, deputy Director Media Chief Chike Onwe, Chairman of Election Planning Chief Ejem Okoro.

Ohers include Directors of different Directorates of the Council, and various Support Groups of Hon Francis Nwifuru
