MEDIA EDGE Ltd, an avant-garde top of the market Integrated Marketing Communications services provider has fortified its operations with the engagement of seasoned and accomplished professionals in all aspects of its businesses.

 

The full brand support services firm has also repositioned and strengthened its brand identity with the creation of a brand new logo and colour designs signifying a major transformation and renewal of the brand with a view to achieving its mission and vision while also re-enforcing its brand purpose and essence.

 

Top on the list of new high profile personnel that has joined the new board of the company is Mr. Dotun Adebowale as an Executive Director with over sight functions on experiential marketing and brands support services. The new Executive Director, an accomplished experiential marketing specialist is a registered advertising practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in marketing communications. Adebowale, a quintessential client service professional has worked on several blue chip companies like The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Guinness, Etisalat, Cadbury, BAT, Nigerian Breweries, SAB Miller, and Airtel amongst several others.

 

Similarly, the agency has engaged Dr. Tamuno Kiri as a Strategy and Business Development Director with over-sight functions on the creative process and special projects.

 

Dr. Kiri, a seasoned and registered advertising and marketing intellectual, has put in over 27 years in Integrated Marketing Commutations business.

 

Tamuno Kiri is a Doctoral candidate in Marketing at the University of Salford, Manchester, UK with M.Sc. Marketing from the same Institution. He has a hands on experience in business development. A graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, he is also member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) London. He is a member of Advertising Council of Nigeria, a former President of the Corporate Affairs Committee of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA), a Scholar, Public Speaker, and branding expert.

 

Dr Kiri will be joined by Mr Clement Omemu as the arrow-head of the agency’s creative business.Mr Omemu,former CEO of Rosabel Advertising is a seasoned registerred advertising practitioner and a renowned creative awards jury member of international awards. Throughout his Rosabel Leo Burnett career, spanning almost two decades, he was responsible for much of the agency’s creative, brand-building and award-winning advertising.

 

In a similar vein, the agency has hired Mrs Mojisola Matesun as an Account Director. Matesun has over 16 years’ experience in Integrated Marketing Communications. Also a registered advertising practitioner with proven track records of performance in managing blue chip accounts.

 

Also engaged are Miss Oyindamola Are, an experienced Brand Development Manager with special competence in Strategic Marketing, BTL execution, Market Research, brand monitoring and data analysis. She is to function as Project Manager.

 

In a similar vein, the agency has enlisted Mr Abdul Kareem Ahmed as Project Manager. Ahmed is a highly resourceful brand strategist with deep market insights and consumer behaviour with over 10 years experience in BTL organisations. Ahmed is a versatile and aggressive go-getter on execution and project management.
