There are strong confirmation that the late Osinachi autopsy report is out.
The late Ekwueme singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, was the lead vocalist of Dunamis International Gospel Centre in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
It could be recalled that Osinachi died on April 8th, and was alleged to be a victim of domestic abuse.
Peter Nwachukwu, her husband, was detained on April 10 after the late singer’s younger brother reported the incident to the police.
The Federal Capital Territory Police Command said on Monday, April 25, 2022, that it had handed the case of the late Ekwueme singer to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, giving an update on the matter, particularly the Osinachi autopsy report.
The following day, the case was transferred from the Lugbe Police Division to the State Criminal Investigation Department. Late Osinachi’s children On Monday, Josephine Adeh, the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, declared the case was no longer under investigation.
The case is no longer with us. It is now with the DPP in the office of the Attorney-General,” Adeh told newsmen.
