President Bola Tinubu is currently meeting the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, at Aso Rock Villa to resolve the leadership crisis in the state.
The meeting which began at 09:45pm had in attendance over 50 persons comprising Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s aides, and those of the deputy governor.
Also, in attendance as of the time of filing this report Babajide Akeredolu, senators representing Ondo North (Jide Ipinsagba), South (Jimoh Ibrahim) and Central Districts (Adeniyi Adegbonmire).
Governor Akeredolu is still recuperating at his private residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
