I’ll end insurgency, other security challenges, if voted into office–Atiku

The  People Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential.aspirants Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has promised to end Boko. Haram insurgency and other security challenges facing the country if elected as  president come 2023 general elections.

 

 

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who is also former Vice president made the promise on Thursday in Maiduguri while addressing delegates from Borno and Yobe said he is the must qualified aspirant for the job of the President as former Vice president, business man with vast experience for the job.

 

 

 

” I am here to  present myself to you (Borno and Yobe delegates) as your brother, father and son. It is high time for us In the Northeast to produce the next president, the last time we produce president was when Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa was elected Prime minister. So it is time to support our own”, the former  Vice president said.

 

 

Alhaji Abubakar ” I thank you for your support in 2018 convention and also count on your support and hopeful that you would give me 100 percent vote come s 28th  and 29th May 2022.. I urged you to support one of your own”.

 

 

Earlier in his remarks, the former ministers of  works, Arch Sunusi Dagash assured the former Vice president that he has 100 percent of the votes of Borno and Yobe delegates.

 

Also speaking the Yobe state, PDP leader, and former minister of police Affairs, Alhaji Adamu Waziri said ” we should be wise and not to mortgage our your future and future of the next generation for the next 4 years just for token.”.

 

 

” I want assure you of all the 70 votes of Yobe delegates and we would not allow some people to.manipulate our votes come 2023 general elections “, he further stressed.

 

In his votes of thanks, the Borno State Chairman of  PDP, Alhaji Zannah Gaddama assured the former vice President of 100 percent vote of the Borno delegates.
