Participants in the one-day hybrid event said that they gained valuable knowledge on crafting compelling job-winning CVs and acing job interviews.

They said that the session provided practical strategies and tools to help participants navigate the global job market and secure their desired positions.

The session also provided insights into the current trends and expectations of the German job market, empowering participants to make informed career decisions as well as getting expert guidance on preparing for both HR and technical interviews.

Senior Programmes Manager at Tech4Dev, Abraham Akpan said, “The collaboration with Imagine Foundation was very timely for a lot of tech talent in Nigeria looking to secure full-time or hybrid roles abroad and Germany specifically. A lot of them have gained valuable insights on how best to craft their CVs and how best to approach technical and non-technical interviews.

“The insightful questions raised during the event, particularly those surrounding the challenges of employing talented individuals with limited work experience, were truly eye-opening. This prompted us to explore innovative solutions to this issue.
