The Court of Appeal in Lagos State has dismissed the suit filed by the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections, Abdulazeez Adediran (Jandor) against the victory of Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The three-member panel led by Yargata Nimpar in a unanimous decision delivered dismissed the grounds on appeal raised by Jandor.
The panel affirmed the judgement of the tribunal that upheld the victory of Sanwo-Olu as the elected governor of Lagos, in the March 11 election.
