One Dayo Ahigbede of Orere Abosan Estate in Igbogbo Ikorodu is in police custody for allegedly defiling the daughter of a policeman.
According to sources, the suspect allegedly lured the daughter of the police man who has Down syndrome.
He was said to have deceitfully asked the girl into his apartment.
Following his arrest, he claimed the girl came to him to beg for food. ‘ I did not force the girl before I defiled her” . He said
However, other residents stated that the girl could nor have begged for food because her parent are rich and always take good care of their children”

“He has been monitoring the girl for days before taking advantage of her.
The girl was suddenly found missing in the compound so her sisters and mother started shouting her name knowing full well that she should still be within the vicinity. The little girl of 14yrs came out on the balcony of the next house waving to her sisters with blood stain. The man that harboured her in his apartment pushed her out and locked the door, when neighbors knocked on his door he refused to open and escaped through the kitchen exit door. Then he jumped into the next house and broke their roof, he advanced to the 3rd house as well and escaped and sneaked back into his room at night, he was seen by a neighbor who alerted other neighbors and he was apprehende and beaten before the police from Ikorodu Division came and handcuffed him . The father of the Survivor is a police officer known in the estate”
The Survivor narrated that the perpetrator asked her to lay in bed and pulled off her pant before he had sex with her.
